My Active Items window allows you to view the following across all jobs assigned to you.

• Tasks – List of tasks that are open at your end or are assigned to you. You can also perform various activities from here, like editing, closing, creating a sub-task, etc.

• Check-outs – List of files checked out by you (the logged-in user). You can also check in the items from here.

• Recent Items – List of files that you have recently worked on

• Workflows – Open and view the workflows related to the selected job

• Issues — List of issues created within the job. You can also edit the issues from here using the right-click Edit option, provided you have the necessary permissions.

  You can refresh the My Active Items window by clicking the refresh icon displayed on its title bar .
