The 12d Synergy Web and Mobile Applications

The 12d Synergy Web and Mobile Apps are a stripped-down version of the 12d Synergy Client application that runs on an internet browser as a Web App and as a Mobile App on both, Android and iOS devices. The 12d Synergy Mobile App is more or less just a small sized version of the 12d Synergy Web App.

These apps are not intended to be used as standalone applications. They can be used on a secondary device for quick access of frequently used actions on entities such as check-in, check-out, assigning tasks, issuing files, images upload and download, etc.

• Your computer MUST be connected to the internet to be able to use the 12d Synergy Web App effectively.
• Your mobile device MUST be connected to the internet to be able to use the 12d Synergy Mobile App.
• Ensure to make the necessary configurations to access the Web and Web App prior to logging into the Web and Mobile App.
