| Steps to obtain the Server log | |

Open the 12d Synergy Administration application |
|
Under the General tab, select Logs |
|
Under the Server Error Logs, configure the file path of where you want to save the log |
|
Tick the Show debug option |
|
Click Download Server Log |
|
Select where you would like to save, name the file, then click Save |
|
Send us the log |
