How to obtain 12d Synergy Server Log

Open the 12d Synergy Administration application

Under the General tab, select Logs

Under the Server Error Logs, configure the file path of where you want to save the log

Tick the Show debug option

Click Download Server Log

Select where you would like to save, name the file, then click Save

Send us the log
