How to Generate a Process Dump

While the 12d Synergy Client application is running, open Task Manager on your system. 

In the Processes tab, look for the 12d Synergy process.

Right-click the 12d Synergy process and select the Create dump file option. 


The dumping process is initiated. It may take a few minutes to complete the process.


Once completed, the following message is displayed.


The dump file (.DMP) is large. You will have to save it as a .zip file.
