The email template header and footer are saved as image files in the General Storage folder of your system (server). These need to be replaced with the new header and footer images. The location of the General Storage folder is displayed in the 12d Synergy Administration application.

If you are a 12d Synergy Cloud customer, please contact the 12d Synergy Support team to update the email template header and footer.
In the 12d Synergy Administration application, select the System Settings tab > General tab and look for the General Storage setting.
Access the location mentioned as the value for the General Storage setting.

Replace the email header and footer images in the location with new ones.
We highly recommend taking a backup of the files that are to be edited/replaced for future reference.
