After the Migration is completed, do the following.
- Update the firewall settings (such as NAT port mappings) to allow external access and file publishing to work with the new server.
- Update the backup plans for the new server.
Ensure to shut down the original 12d Synergy Server service to prevent accidental connection to the old system.
