Transmittals are not available unless switched on by 12d Sysnergy Administrator
Transmittal is a formal process of transferring data.
1.1 Issue
In the Job tree go to Issued Files.
Under the Issued Files three options are provided as a default. This assists with organising the types of transmittals. More can be added by the Administrator.
- Ribbon => Create Set
- Select new set from the list
- Ribbon =>Modify
- Ribbon => Issue
An Outlook email will then be set up ready for sending
Example receipt - received once the Client opens their email.
