How to Create an Attribute and Apply it to Facilitate a Workflow Build
We are creating a file based workflow on a folder.
Select a folder in one of the following ways:
From the 12d Synergy Client application, select the folder on which you want to create a workflow.
From the 12d Synergy Administration application, search and select the required job from the Jobs tab, click the Edit button and select the required folder from the job tree.
Right-click the folder and select the Edit folder option.
The Edit a folder: <Folder Name> window is displayed.Select the Attributes tab > File Attributes tab.
Create a file attribute of list type. Let's name it Design Status. Add the following options (values) to the Design Status list.

Issued
Click the Save button.
The list type attribute is saved.
