# WorkflowMax2 Connector

### 1. WorkflowMax2 Connector Configuration in 12d Synergy

| **Base URL** | https://api.{domain}.com/ | In the value for this detail, replace {domain} with your company’s domain. For example, for 12d Synergy, it would be https://api.12dsynergy.com/ |
| **Authorize URL** | https://oauth.workflowmax2.com/oauth/authorize |  |
| **Client ID** | Enter the user’s Client ID to access OAuth2.0 App. | The OAuth2.0 App can be created from [https://developer.workflowmax2.com/apps](https://developer.workflowmax2.com/apps). |
| **Client Secret** | Enter the user’s Client Secret to access OAuth2.0 App. |  |
| **Organization Name** | Enter the name of the organization using WorkflowMax2 connector. |  |

| **Excluded Job States** | Define the states of the job which when set, prevents the connector to pull down the jobs in those states . |  |
| **Sanitise Client Names** | Yes/No | Select **Yes**, if you want to remove invalid Windows filename characters from client names. |
| **Default Job** | Enter the name of the default job that will store general data. If the job doesn’t exist, it will be created. |  |
| **Invoice Folder** | Enter the name of the folder or the relative path to the folder that contains the invoices within each job. If such a folder doesn’t exist in a job, it is created. |  |
| **Documents Folder** | Enter the name of the folder or the relative path to the folder that contains the documents within each job. If such a folder doesn’t exist in a job, it is created. |  |
| **Update Existing jobs only** | Yes/No | Select **Yes**if you want to update only the jobs that exist in 12d Synergy. |
| **Earliest Note Date** | Mention the date that has to be considered for pulling down the notes created after it. The format is DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm tt ; where tt is either AM or PM. |  |
| **Only sync entities created in the last X days** | Enter the number of days to consider the entities created within those recent number of days for syncing. |  |
| **Earliest Creation date** | Mention the date that has to be considered for pulling down the entities created on or after it. The format is DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm tt ; where tt is either AM or PM. |  |
| **Latest Creation date** | Mention the date that has to be considered for pulling down the entities created on or before it. The format is DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm tt ; where tt is either AM or PM. |  |
