1.1.1.  Active Workflows

Any workflows that are assigned to you will automatically appear in your "Active Items" window, under the Workflows tab.

You can use this to quickly transition the workflow, or simply jump to the item in question.

1.1.2.  Workflow Gadgets

There are a number of workflow gadgets that can help you keep up to date with where your Jobs are at. Gadgets can be added to the dashboards of your jobs to give you a quick at a glance view of what's going on.
