# Single Tenancy

### How to Configure a Single Tenant Setup

1. Log in to your **Azure**portal and click the **Microsoft Entra** service link.

2. Select **App registrations** from the left panel and click the**New registration** link.

The **Register an application** screen is displayed.

  1. Enter a name for your application in the **Name**box. Let’s say ***12d Synergy MS365 Integration***.
  2. Select the first option, **Account in this organizational directory only (12dsynergy.com only - Single tenant)**, for your application from the options displayed under **Supported account types** section.
  3. From the first box under **Redirect URI (optional)** section, select the **Single-page application (SPA)** option.
  4. Enter your company's server address (for example - [https://synergy.12dsynergycloud.com/](https://synergy.12dsynergycloud.com/)) in the second box.

6. Click the **Add URI** link, as shown in the image above.
7. In the page that follows, in the **Single-page application**, **Redirect URIs** section, enter [https://MySynergyserver.MyCompany.Com/popup-callback.html](https://MySynergyserver.MyCompany.Com/popup-callback.html) in the provided box as shown below. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/36833d89-59e3-46a5-b491-e9aa1b524a85/Images/Documentation/singletenancy6.png)

9. Click the **Add a platform** link as shown in the image above.

The **Configure platforms** panel is displayed on the right side of the page as shown in the image above.
10. Select the **Single-page application** option. The **Configure single-page application**panel is displayed on the right side of the page.

11. Enter your company's server address (for example - [https://synergy.12dsynergycloud.com/](https://synergy.12dsynergycloud.com/)) in the first box as shown in the image above.
12. Click the **Configure**button.
13. In the page that follows, click the **Add a platform** link, and then click the **Mobile and desktop applications** option as shown in the image below.

The **Configure desktop + devices** panel is displayed on the right side of the page.

14. Select the checkbox that mentions **nativeclient**in its address. In the example above, it is the first check box.
15. Enter "**http://localhost**" in the **Custom redirect URIs** box.
16. Click the **Configure** button.

The setup for **Single-page application** and **Mobile and desktop application** is now completed.
17. Click the **API permissions** link displayed in the left panel.

18. As a 12d Synergy Administrator, you need to give consent to the application permissions. For that, firstly, we need to add the required permissions. Click the **Add a permission** link.

The **Request API permissions** panel is displayed to the right of the page.
19. Click the**Microsoft Graph** option.

20. Click the **Delegated permissions** option.

21. In the **Select permissions** section, search for the following permissions and select the checkbox displayed against them.
  1. **Files.ReadWrite**
  2. **Offline_access**
  3. **Openid**
  4. **Profile**
  5. **User.Read**
22. Click the **Add permissions** button. The following page is displayed with the configured permissions.

23. Click the **Grant admin consent for 12dsynergy.com** link, which is highlighted in the above image. A **Grant admin consent** confirmation prompt is displayed.
24. Click the **Yes**button. Once the permissions are granted, the status of the configured permissions is updated as shown below.

25. Click the **Overview link**in the left panel.

The **Application (client) ID** and **Directory (tenant) ID** are displayed on this page. Make a note of these as you have to enter them in the **12d Synergy Administration** application.

26. In the **12d Synergy Administration** application, select the **System Settings > General** tab.
27. Filter the settings by entering ‘**Microsoft 365**’ in the **Filter** box.
28. Enter the **Application (client) ID** and **Directory (tenant) ID** from step 25 above in the **Microsoft 365 Client ID** and **Microsoft 365 Tenant ID**settings, respectively.

29. Click the **Save**button. Restart the **12d Synergy Server** and the **12d Synergy Client** applications. Single-tenant collaboration setup is now complete.
