# Open 12d Synergy Link: 12d Synergy Web and Mobile Apps

You can access any data in the 12d Synergy Web App by using a 12d Synergy link. A **12d Synergy link** is a link to an instance or an entity, copied from the 12d Synergy Client application. It is displayed in the **Location** box in the home screen of the 12d Synergy Client application.

### 1.1. How to Access a 12d Synergy Link

1. Do one of the following:
  1. On the homepage, click the **Open 12d Synergy link** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/36833d89-59e3-46a5-b491-e9aa1b524a85/Images/Documentation/open12dsynergylink.doc-image-z6x5ga0q.png)button.
  2. Click the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/36833d89-59e3-46a5-b491-e9aa1b524a85/Images/Documentation/open12dsynergylink.doc-image-h1a80fv8.png)bottom-right menu and select the **Open 12d Synergy link**option. 2. Enter the **12d Synergy link** in the space provided. The **Go** button is enabled.
3. Click the **Go** button. The entity corresponding to the 12d Synergy link is now open in the 12d Synergy Web App.
