# How to Generate a Support Package

A support package includes the user's client log and server/client information, which are useful for diagnostics.

1. In the **12d Synergy Client** application, select the **Help**menu**> Generate a support package** option. The **Browse for Folder** prompt is displayed. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/36833d89-59e3-46a5-b491-e9aa1b524a85/Images/Documentation/5.1.png)

4. Share the support package (**.zip** file) with the 12d Synergy Support team.
