Publish

File Publishing allows you to make files stored in 12d Synergy available over the internet, viewable by any web browser. This is particularly useful for large files which are too large for email. This can be restricted by password and/or expiry date. This feature must be enabled by an administrator before it can be used. Publishing can be done informally, no record kept except the email the link went in, or using the issue so it keeps a transmittal. See 4.0 Transmittals

1.1 Send Files/Data with Publish

If you are publishing more than one file, you can group multiple files together in a package. When somebody downloads them, they will be delivered as a zip archive.
